Of course. Many authors contact us months or years before they're ready to publish. There's never any pressure, and early conversations often help authors plan their writing and publishing journey more effectively.
What's the best way to reach you for urgent matters?
If you're an existing client with an urgent matter, your consultant's direct email is your fastest route. For new enquiries, our main phone line (+441224015993) is answered Mon–Fri 9am–6pm PT.
Do you accept unsolicited manuscripts by post?
Please don't send physical manuscripts without prior arrangement. We work with digital files only. The best first step is always a conversation — either via the contact form or by phone.
